Manifesto

I desire candlelit dinners in foreign cities.

And kisses at midnight.

I desire the excitement that is cultivated after passionate conversations.

And reading books in dim light.

I desire to explore the beaches of the world.

And staying in on Sunday mornings.

I desire to shape the future.

And living with the man I love, wearing his ring.

And yet, above most, I desire feeling at home.

In my heart, and soul.

Void of confusion that arises from self-doubt and a mind that roams.

Fueled by self-confidence, and a belief that regardless of what comes next: I’ve got this, I’m in control.

This is my manifesto.
